Role Overview:

We are looking for a Graphic Designer cum Video Editor who is creative, detail-oriented, and serious about their career in digital design. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with a digital marketing agency, be capable of managing multiple client projects, and consistently meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging graphics, social media posts, and marketing collaterals aligned with client brand guidelines.
• Conceptualize and edit short-form and long-form videos/reels for social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the social media and content teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
• Handle multiple client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality creative assets.
• Participate in client discussions to understand design requirements and provide creative input.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.
• Stay updated with current design and social media trends to keep content fresh and relevant.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2 – 2.5 years in a digital marketing agency (mandatory).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional Traits:
• Punctual, accountable, and deadline-driven.
• Client-facing and presentable.
• Serious about career growth and professional conduct.
• Logistics:
• Must have own laptop.
• Must be willing to work from the office (Film Nagar, Hyderabad).
• Preferably from Film Nagar or nearby areas, or willing to travel daily.
