The Graphic Designer cum Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for creating engaging visual content and executing digital marketing campaigns to promote the company’s brand, products, and services. The role combines creativity with marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and generate leads through online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

  • Design promotional materials such as banners, posters, flyers, social media creatives, brochures, and advertisements.
  • Develop visual content for websites, email campaigns, and digital ads.
  • Create product and event visuals consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Edit photos and videos for digital promotions and internal use.
  • Work with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency in all visuals.

Digital Marketing:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Manage company social media accounts — create, schedule, and monitor posts and engagement.
  • Prepare Budget for campaigns
  • Run paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) for lead generation and track quality & performance.
  • Prepare monthly reports on digital marketing performance (reach, engagement, conversion rates, etc.).
  • Support in email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and other online communication channels.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with sales and product teams for campaign ideas.
  • Assist in planning and executing events, exhibitions, and product launches.
  • Stay updated on current design trends and digital marketing tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, CorelDraw, Canva, or similar design tools.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing and digital advertising platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing, Google Ads, and content marketing.
  • Creative and visual thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design and/or digital marketing.
  • Experience working in a marketing or advertising agency (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
