Graphic Designer

Someone who understands the power of design on social media, and is always ready to create, test, refine, and push visuals that stop the scroll.

• Cares deeply about craft, layouts, typography, colors, hierarchy, and consistency.

What You’ll Do:

• Design personal branding visuals across platforms
• Create YouTube video thumbnails that drive clicks
• Design podcast thumbnails and cover visuals
• Design Instagram reel thumbnails, carousels, posts, and stories
• Design LinkedIn posts and thumbnails
• Create ad creatives for paid campaigns
• Collaborate closely with the content and video team to match story with visuals
• Maintain strong visual consistency across brands and platforms

You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to ship work regularly—not wait for perfect conditions.
