• Branding & Visual Identity: Maintain and evolve Cedar’s brand identity, ensuring consistent design language across all channels.
  
• Marketing Collateral Design: Create impactful brochures, whitepapers, event invites, email templates, social media graphics, and digital banners.
  
• Digital & Web Assets: Design website and campaign visuals, including responsive and interactive formats, in collaboration with content and web teams.
  
• Event & Presentation Materials: Develop visually engaging presentations, event backdrops, signage, and digital displays.
  
• Creative Direction: Conceptualize new design ideas and visual themes aligned with marketing and business goals.
  
• Design Tools & Systems: Use Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI-assisted tools like Canva Pro, Midjourney, Runway, and DALL·E to accelerate creative output.
  
• Video & Motion Graphics: Edit short videos, reels, and animations using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut.
  
• Vendor Coordination: Work with production vendors to ensure accurate execution of print and event designs.
  Project & Workflow Management: Handle multiple design requests efficiently and deliver on time.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related discipline.
• 
  6+ years of experience in a design role, preferably in a consulting, B2B, or professional services setting.
• 
  Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and video editing software.

· Working knowledge of AI design tools such as Midjourney, Runway, DALL·E, and Canva Pro.

• 
  Strong portfolio covering digital, print, and motion design.
• 
  Skilled in presentation design for business and executive audiences.

• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and communication skills
