Job Description:

We’re looking for a full time design professional who excels at the theory and language of design—someone whose creativity goes far beyond just operating tools like Photoshop or Illustrator. As our Conceptual Design Specialist, you’ll ideate and execute visually compelling concepts that align with brand strategies and storytelling objectives. You’ll collaborate closely with our creative team and clients to elevate brand identity through innovative ideas and imaginative thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and present bold, innovative design concepts for campaigns, branding, and marketing assets.
• Translate abstract brand values into visually captivating design concepts.
• Collaborate with the marketing and video teams to ensure design consistency across multiple platforms.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and critique sessions with a willingness to learn and iterate.
• Stay current with emerging design trends, while also understanding fundamental design principles.

Essential Qualifications

• Proven experience or strong educational background in Design, Visual Arts, or related fields.
• Advanced knowledge of design principles (layout, color theory, typography).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and an openness to learning new design tools.
• Exceptional written and spoken English.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate creative concepts and adapt based on feedback.
• Experience collaborating in brand strategy discussions.
