Job Description

Position Overview:

Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Design and Execution:

Develop innovative designs for branding, websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and packaging.
Ensure all designs align with client brand guidelines and communicate the intended message effectively.

Creative Innovation:

Introduce new design concepts, styles, and approaches to elevate brand identities and campaign visuals.
Stay ahead of design trends and experiment with creative techniques to produce standout work.

Brand Development:

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to create and refine brand identities, including logos, colour palettes, and typography.
Maintain consistency of brand visuals across all projects and platforms.

Project Management:

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
Coordinate with project managers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive project delivery.

Client Interaction:

Participate in client meetings to understand project scopes and present design concepts.
Incorporate client feedback into designs while maintaining design integrity.

Technical Proficiency:

Utilise industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to produce high-quality designs.
Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure cutting-edge deliverables.

Quality Assurance:

Review final designs for errors and ensure that outputs are print-ready or optimised for digital platforms.
