You will play a key role in developing high-quality creatives for various digital platforms, maintaining brand consistency, and collaborating with the marketing team to execute campaigns effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design engaging visuals for social media posts, stories, ads, and banners. - Create digital marketing materials like landing page visuals, email graphics, and promotional assets. - Ensure brand consistency across all digital content. - Utilize AI-powered design tools for enhanced efficiency and creativity. - Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize and implement campaigns. - Provide support for web design and UI design projects as needed. - Assist in print design tasks when required. - Stay updated on social media and design trends as well as emerging tools. **Qualifications Required:** - 1-3 years of graphic design experience with a focus on social media and digital marketing creatives. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and AI-assisted design tools. - Strong understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and engagement-driven design. - Knowledge of web and UI/UX design is preferred but not mandatory. - Familiarity with print design is optional but considered a plus. - Good English communication skills (written & spoken). - Must be able to work on-site at the Chalakudy office. - Strong design portfolio showcasing your skills.
