Graphic Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in designing for export products, packaging, and marketing collaterals. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, knowledge of regulatory requirements for pharma artwork, and the ability to create visually impactful designs that communicate the brand effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop packaging materials, labels, cartons, and promotional content for pharmaceutical products (domestic & export markets).
• Ensure designs comply with international pharma export regulations and market-specific requirements.
• Create digital and print marketing collaterals including brochures, leaflets, catalogs, and social media creatives.
• Work closely with the BD & Export team to develop product presentations for international clients.
• Collaborate with the R&D and QA departments to ensure accuracy of technical content and compliance.
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs while adapting to diverse regional markets.
• Handle multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in a pharmaceutical company (mandatory).
• Proven experience in export product artwork and packaging.
• Strong command of design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, CorelDRAW, etc.).
• Knowledge of pharma regulatory artwork guidelines (labelling, font size, statutory details, etc.).
• Creativity with attention to detail, typography, and layout.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
