About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team at Ossisto. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our clients with a wide range of administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or virtual assistance roles. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields is preferred. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools such as Asana or Trello is required. The candidate should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Prior experience working remotely is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for clients and internal teams.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and communication on behalf of clients, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as required.
  • Assist with data entry, database management, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Support social media management by scheduling posts, responding to comments, and monitoring engagement.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, and logistics for business trips.
  • Conduct research and compile information to support various projects and initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
