As a Graphic Designer at Baclinc, a full-service Digital Marketing Company in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in creating design solutions with a high visual impact, including Social Media Posts, Creatives, and Reels. Your primary responsibilities will involve listening to clients, understanding their needs, and developing creative ideas and concepts to meet project objectives. Collaboration with the creative team and ensuring consistency of designs across various media outlets will be key aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should have 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and strong communication skills in English. A portfolio showcasing your previous work will be essential to demonstrate your capabilities. Additionally, you will be required to work full-time from our office in Powai, Mumbai, from 10:30 am to 7 pm, Monday to Saturday (with the 2nd and 4th Saturdays off).
