Job Description

As a Graphic Design Specialist at Aon's Talent Solutions Consulting, you will be an integral part of our content team, responsible for creating visually stunning designs that align with our brand and objectives. Reporting to the Content Strategy Lead, you will receive support and direction to enhance your skills as an in-house corporate designer. Your role will involve developing and executing visual concepts for various materials such as presentations, whitepapers, infographics, social media posts, banners, email campaigns, and website visuals. Collaborating with the content team, you will transform technical content into visually appealing designs while ensuring consistency in the company's visual identity across all platforms and channels. To excel in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field, along with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software. Familiarity with UI/UX principles such as Figma and Sketch is a bonus. A basic understanding of Content design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment are essential. You should have a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of typography, color theory, and layout design, as well as the ability to translate technical concepts into visually engaging content. Time management skills are crucial as you will be managing multiple projects concurrently and meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality design standards. A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work is required, with examples of prior consulting work preferred but not essential. Staying updated on current design trends, tools, and technologies is important to apply them innovatively and enhance our visual storytelling.
