Job Title: Graphic Designer & Photo Editor

Location: Remote (Full-time)

Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST

Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)

We are a fast-paced digital marketing agency working with brands across Canada, the U.S., and India. Our portfolio spans industries like beauty, fashion, food, education, and e-commerce. We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Photo Editor to join our growing design team.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually stunning graphics for social media, web, and print, while also managing high-quality photo editing and retouching. You should have a strong design aesthetic, an eye for composition, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging designs for digital campaigns, social media posts, ads, and website graphics.
• Edit, retouch, and enhance product and lifestyle photos for e-commerce and marketing use.
• Maintain visual consistency and brand guidelines across all creative assets.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate ideas into impactful visuals.
• Work on image manipulation, background cleanup, color correction, and composite editing.
• Design banners, brochures, and other promotional materials as needed.
• Manage multiple design projects with quick turnarounds.

Requirements

• Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in graphic design and photo editing.
• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom (Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus).
• Understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and digital media design standards.
• Experience in social media content creation and marketing design.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with remote teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with marketing agencies or e-commerce brands.
• Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or AI-powered design tools.
• Basic understanding of photo composition, lighting, and photography principles.
