About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team on a contractual, part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of storytelling, excellent editing skills, and the ability to deliver polished, engaging video content that aligns with our brand and client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw video footage into high-quality, engaging content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Add motion graphics, text overlays, music, and sound effects to enhance storytelling.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and brand guidelines.
• Adapt video formats for different platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining consistent quality.
• Stay updated on industry trends, editing tools, and social media content styles.
• Organize and manage video assets efficiently for easy retrieval and future use.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Video Editor (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools.
• Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and export settings for various platforms.
• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
