Graphic Designer and Backoffice Executive

This position is a Graphic Designer cum Back office executive role.

Key activities involve creating visual concepts to communicate ideas through layouts, logos, and illustrations for print and digital media. Key responsibilities include studying design briefs, conceptualizing visuals, developing drafts, and using software like Adobe Creative Suite to produce final designs. The role requires strong communication skills for collaboration with clients and teams, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines. Responsibilities

• Study design briefs and determine project requirements.
• Conceptualize and create visual solutions, such as logos, illustrations, and layouts.
• Develop designs for various media, including websites, advertisements, social media posts, and product packaging.
• Work with other professionals, such as copywriters and marketers, to produce final designs.
• Use computer software and/or hand-based tools to create and prepare graphics.
• Select appropriate colors, typography, and layouts.
• Present rough drafts and incorporate feedback to make revisions.
• Ensure all final designs are visually appealing and align with brand guidelines.
• Manage project timelines and budgets.

BackOffice:

Administrative, data management, and support tasks that ensure smooth company operations without direct client interaction. Key responsibilities involve maintaining records, managing databases, processing documents like invoices and purchase orders, and providing support to other departments. Handle general office duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports.

Qualifications and skills

• Education: Degree not mandatory, 12th pass with good hands-on on Illustrator, Photoshtop and MS Office like Excel and Powerpoint.
• Experience: Proven experience, often demonstrated through a strong portfolio, is essential.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Design Skills: Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and design principles is required.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, time management, and the ability to work collaboratively are key.
• Other: An eye for detail and the ability to be creative and adaptable are necessary.
