The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating design skills across various media and a passion for creating visually appealing content that meets the needs of our clients and aligns with our brand identity. **Key Responsibilities** **Design Creation: ** Develop and produce high-quality graphic designs for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and branding materials. **Concept Development: ** Work closely with clients or internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives, and develop design concepts that align with their vision. **Branding: ** Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity across all design projects. Ensure consistency in style, colour, and tone. **Feedback Incorporation: ** Review and revise designs based on feedback from clients or team members to achieve the desired results. **Project Management: ** Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality. **Trends and Tools: ** Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance skills and incorporate new techniques into designs. **Collaboration: ** Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and content, to ensure cohesive and effective visual communication. **Quality Assurance: ** Ensure all designs are accurate and meet the technical requirements for production and publication. **Experience: ** 2 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work. **Skills: ** Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Corel Draw) and other design software (e.g., Sketch, Figma). - Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. - Experience with motion graphics and video editing (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is a plus. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. **Portfolio: ** A portfolio of recent work demonstrating a range of design skills and styles is required. **Working Conditions** **Office Environment: ** This position is based in an office environment with regular working hours.
