Role Overview

Bastorians Tech is seeking a forward-thinking Designer who lives at the intersection of traditional design and cutting-edge AI technology. We are not looking for a "template editor"—we need a creative powerhouse who can master the classics (Adobe & Corel) while leveraging AI tools to produce high-performance digital content. You will be responsible for creating brand identities, high-conversion Meta ads, and cinematic AI-generated video content.

The Modern Tech Stack

1. Core Design & Layout:

• Vector & Print: Mastery of CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator.
• Imaging: Advanced Adobe Photoshop skills (Composition, Retouching, Manipulation).
• Video & Motion: Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for high-engagement social ads.

2. The AI & Generative Suite:

• Video Generation: Hands-on experience with Runway ML, Kling, and Veo 3.0 (Google) for cinematic B-roll and motion.
• Image & Logic: Proficiency in Nano Banana Pro and Adobe Firefly.
• Prompt Engineering: Ability to craft precise, technical prompts to generate high-fidelity, brand-aligned assets and video sequences.

Key Responsibilities

• Hybrid Content Creation: Combining traditional design skills (Corel/Adobe) with AI-generated visuals to create unique, "scroll-stopping" marketing assets.
• Performance Marketing Ads: Designing high-CTR static and carousel ads specifically for Facebook and Instagram.
• Short-Form Video Innovation: Using Runway and Kling to produce cinematic Reels, Shorts, and Video Ads that increase audience engagement.
• Brand Systems: Developing professional logos, brand kits, and marketing collateral for diverse industries.
• Prompt Optimization: Building and maintaining a library of "Master Prompts" to ensure visual consistency across all client campaigns.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a digital marketing agency or creative studio.
• Technical Agility: A fast learner who can adapt as AI models (like Google Veo) update.
• Visual Storytelling: The ability to translate complex marketing goals into simple, powerful visuals.
• Problem Solving: Skills to "cleanup" or fix AI-generated results using Photoshop or CorelDRAW.
