About the Role

As a Graphic Designer at ADbhoot, you will help shape the visual identities of our clients by bringing brand strategies to life through design. From conceptualizing ideas to crafting pixel-perfect executions, you'll create visuals that inspire, engage, and tell compelling brand stories across platforms. This role demands creativity, modern design sensibility, and attention to detail with an openness to explore AI-driven design tools that enhance innovation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative visual concepts and graphics aligned with client goals and brand strategies
• Design mainline and digital creatives, websites, brochures, logos, packaging, and presentations
• Collaborate with creative teams, copywriters, and account managers to translate strategy into outstanding visual executions
• Prepare design mockups, style guides, and pitch decks for internal and client reviews
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets and communication channels
• Stay updated on design trends, software innovations, and cultural shifts to keep designs fresh and future-ready
• Leverage AI-driven design tools as an integral part of the creative process to deliver innovative, future-ready designs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting timelines and deliverables

• Research and gather inspiration to identify emerging design opportunities for clients

Key Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); After Effects/Premiere Pro is a plus
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles
• Creative thinking with a strong sense of visual aesthetics
• Digital design and UI/UX fundamentals for web and app interfaces
• Illustration and photo-editing expertise
• Effective communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
• High attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet deadlines
• Exposure to AI tools is an advantage; curiosity to explore them is highly encouraged
