Graphic Designer

We are looking for a highly skilled Graphic Designer who understands both traditional design tools and modern AI prompt-based image generation tools. The ideal candidate should have a strong creative mindset, excellent command over design fundamentals, and the ability to generate high-quality visuals using both manual design and AI-driven workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, banners, social media creatives, and UI/UX elements.
• Use AI-based image generation tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, etc.) to generate concept art, product visuals, and creative assets.
• Write effective and detailed AI prompts to produce high-quality images aligned with brand requirements.
• Edit and refine AI-generated images using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, etc.
• Develop branding materials—logos, brochures, icons, layouts, marketing assets.
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
• Ensure consistency in brand identity across all designs.
• Stay updated with emerging AI design tools, trends, and techniques.
• Manage multiple design projects and deliver under deadlines.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong design portfolio.
• Advanced knowledge of design tools:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Illustrator
• InDesign
• Figma
• CorelDRAW (optional)
• Hands-on experience with AI design & image generation tools:
• Midjourney
• DALL·E
• Stable Diffusion
• Adobe Firefly
• Runway (for visual assets)
• Strong understanding of prompt writing, prompt engineering, and how to refine / enhance outputs.
• Excellent knowledge of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual composition.
• Ability to convert ideas into creative visuals quickly and accurately.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to think outside the box.
• Strong communication and understanding of brand guidelines.

Good to Have

• Motion graphics basics (After Effects / Canva animations)
• Understanding of AI-assisted workflow automation
• Experience with image editing for web and mobile apps

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
