Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong visual sense, technical expertise in design tools, and a passion for producing high-quality digital creatives. You will be responsible for developing a wide range of graphics for digital marketing, branding, advertising, and social media campaigns.

This is an individual contributor role—you’ll focus purely on creating excellent designs and collaborating with cross-functional teams, without team management or leadership duties.

Responsibilities:

• Design visually compelling graphics for digital campaigns, social media, websites, branding, and advertising
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and video teams to understand creative requirements
• Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
• Revise and iterate designs based on feedback while maintaining quick turnaround times
• Maintain organized project files and assets for internal use
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in graphic design
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects (basic understanding of motion graphics is a plus)
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print design work
• Excellent attention to detail and visual composition
• Ability to take creative direction and work efficiently under deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to work night shifts from the office

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
