Graphic Designer (5 To 7 Years Experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in creating visually compelling designs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing innovative design solutions across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and design assets for marketing campaigns, branding, and digital platforms.
• Create graphics, layouts, illustrations, and visual content aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver high-quality creative outputs.
• Design social media creatives, website banners, email templates, and print materials.
• Ensure consistency in visual identity across all projects and channels.
• Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to enhance creativity.

Key Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.
• Experience in branding, visual identity design, and marketing creatives.
• Ability to create digital assets for social media, websites, and ads.
• Knowledge of print design and preparation of print-ready files.
• Experience with UI/UX basics and design for web & mobile (preferred).
• Familiarity with motion graphics or basic video editing (plus).
• Strong creative thinking and conceptualization abilities.
• Attention to detail with a high level of visual accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to brand guidelines and maintain consistency.

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (advanced proficiency).
• Figma or Adobe XD for basic UI/UX design.
• After Effects / Premiere Pro for motion graphics & video editing (preferred).
• Canva for quick turnaround designs (optional).
• Typography tools and font management software.
• Digital illustration tools (e.g., Procreate, SketchBook if applicable).
• Knowledge of print production, color formats (CMYK/RGB), and file formats.
• Basic HTML/CSS understanding for web-related design handoff (good to have).
• Ability to create and export web-optimized assets.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Jira (optional)
