📌 Position: Graphic Designer (Full-time)

📍 Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha (On-site)

💼 Department: Multimedia

💰 Salary: As per industry standards

👩‍💻 What you’ll do:

• Design creative and visually engaging graphics for eLearning courses 🎬
• Create UI layouts, templates, icons, and illustrations aligned with learning content 🖌️
• Develop infographics, animations, and interactive visuals for online training modules 🎥
• Collaborate with Instructional Designers, SMEs & Developers 🤝
• Ensure designs meet eLearning standards (SCORM/AICC/xAPI) and accessibility 🌐
• Adapt designs for desktop, tablet & mobile 📱💻
• Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables 🎯

✅ Eligibility & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field 🎓
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design (eLearning preferred) 💼
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Figma, etc. 🖥️
• Strong creative portfolio showcasing design expertise 🖼️
• Excellent sense of typography, color, and layout 🎨
• Attention to detail & problem-solving mindset 💡
