Graphic Designer (2+ Years Experience)

As a Graphic Designer with over two years of experience, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and brand-consistent designs. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to transform concepts into reality, whether it be for digital ads, website layouts, social media posts, or pitch decks. Your role will require a strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma (or similar software) is essential. Experience in designing for digital platforms including social media, web, and email is also a key requirement. You should be adept at receiving and implementing feedback effectively. Attention to detail is crucial, while maintaining the ability to manage time efficiently and work independently without constant supervision. Having additional skills in motion design, basic animation, branding, and visual identity will be considered a plus. Previous experience in fast-paced or startup environments is preferable.
