Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to understand design requirements and translate them into visually appealing T-shirt designs. Incorporate feedback and revisions to ensure the final designs meet quality and brand standards. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify popular themes, styles, and niches for T-shirt designs. Analyze competitor designs to ensure our offerings stand out in the market. File Preparation: Prepare design files for print production, ensuring they meet technical specifications and are ready for seamless production. Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in design elements across various products and marketing channels. Ensure all designs align with the overall brand aesthetic and messaging. Requirements: Education and Experience: Freshers can Apply Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field. Proven experience in graphic design, particularly in the context of T-shirt or apparel design. Skills: Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. Excellent creativity and an eye for detail. Portfolio: Provide a comprehensive portfolio showcasing a range of T-shirt designs and other relevant projects. Communication: Excellent communication skills to understand and interpret design briefs effectively. Ability to articulate and present design concepts to cross-functional teams.
