Role Overview:

This is an in-office role (office-Kolkata). We're looking for an in-house, Graphic Designer Intern who's creative, detail-oriented, and obsessed with good design. You'll work directly with the creative and media buying teams to create ad creatives, social media graphics, and branding assets for performance campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging ad creatives for Meta & Google Ads.
• Create social media posts, website banners, email graphics, and campaign visuals.
• Work with the creative team to brainstorm concepts and design directions.
• Adapt and repurpose designs into multiple formats (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, etc.).
• Maintain brand consistency across all creatives.
• Stay updated with design trends, D2C brand styles, and ad creative best practices.

Required Skills & Tools:

• Adobe Photoshop strong proficiency.
• Adobe Illustrator for vector-based design.
• Figma basic knowledge preferred.
• Understanding of typography, layout, color theory, visual hierarchy.
• Ability to design for digital ads with performance-first thinking.
• Bonus: Knowledge of Canva for quick iterations.
• Extra Bonus: Basic knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, or motion graphics.
