Creative Designer – Hampers & Graphics (Gharanoo | Bubber Handicrafts)

*WHAT YOU WILL DO*

- Design premium hampers for festivals, weddings, and corporate gifting.

- Create visual themes, color palettes, and concepts for each hamper.

- Develop graphic designs — tags, labels, inserts, packaging creatives, social media posts.

- Style products for photoshoots and make visually appealing mockups.

- Coordinate with vendors for printing, packaging, materials, and finishing.

- Work with the production team to execute hamper assembly with accuracy and brand consistency.

- Prepare production-ready files for printing & packaging.

- Ensure Gharanoo’s brand identity is consistent across all creative outputs.

*WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR*

- Someone with a strong aesthetic sense and a passion for gifting, décor, and presentation.

- Hands-on experience (or proven skill) in hamper designing / gift curation / packaging design.

- Good command over Photoshop / Illustrator / CorelDRAW / Canva.

- Ability to create mood boards, concepts, and quick prototypes.

- Good understanding of packaging materials — boxes, fillers, ribbons, tags, accessories.

- Someone who can multitask between physical hamper creation and digital design work.

- A person who enjoys creativity, has attention to detail, and can work during peak festive seasons without drama.

- 1–4 years of experience preferred, but talented freshers with a strong portfolio will be considered.

- Bonus if you can handle basic photography, reels, or video editing.
