Graphic Communication Co-worker

As an enthusiastic individual, you will play a crucial role in strengthening the market presence of the company through the launch of the second physical Customer Meeting Point in Delhi. Your responsibilities will include: - Using your graphic communication competence to enhance the uniqueness and consistency of the IKEA identity in store communication. - Contributing actively to the department action plan to grow the business and support long-term profitability. - Planning, implementing, and evaluating store communication to convey the benefits of the IKEA Concept and enhance range presentation. - Developing strategies for store communication that support a convenient shopping experience based on knowledge about life at home and shopping behavior in the local market. - Collaborating with the Com&In team and other functions in the store to exploit commercial opportunities and understand the financial impact of your actions. - Ensuring visual balance, quality, simplicity, cost-efficiency, and sustainability in producing and implementing store communication. - Staying updated on home furnishing, communication, and retail design trends to inspire and surprise store visitors through the IKEA visual and verbal identity. - Minimizing disruption on the shop floor while keeping visitors in mind. In addition to your key responsibilities, you should possess an education in graphic communication design, media, and typography, with a visual competence and a customer-focused mindset. Your ability to explain concepts verbally and visually will be essential, along with proficiency in using graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of range presentation, home furnishing, store communication, and the IKEA Concept will further enhance your capabilities in this role. Your passion for fast-paced retailing and the IKEA product range, coupled with a desire to constantly improve and exceed goals, will drive your success in this position. Your ability to combine commercial, aesthetic, and practical skills, along with clear communication and a flexible approach to responsibilities, will be key assets in this role.
