Granulation Operator

Medella Softgel Pvt. Ltd., a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company, is looking for an experienced Granulation Operator to join its Production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out granulation activities in compliance with GMP and standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor granulation equipment such as RMG, FBD, Multimill, and Vibro Sifter
• Perform machine set-up, cleaning, and changeover as per SOP
• Ensure accurate weighing, mixing, and drying of materials as per batch production records (BPR)
• Monitor process parameters and maintain quality standards during the granulation process
• Maintain equipment and area cleanliness and ensure hygiene as per cGMP guidelines
• Coordinate with QA and Maintenance teams to resolve any deviations or equipment issues
• Maintain logbooks, equipment usage logs, and other required documentation
• Follow safety protocols and company quality standards

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: 10+2 / ITI
• Experience: 3–5 years as a Granulation Operator in a pharmaceutical manufacturing unit
• Good understanding of GMP norms, equipment handling, and process parameters
• Ability to work in shifts and handle responsibilities independently
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to compliance
