Job Description

You have 3+ years of experience in Cloud / Application Monitoring Support at AL2/L2 level. You are required to have hands-on experience with GCP Cloud Monitoring dashboards and possess strong expertise in Grafana for monitoring and visualization. It is essential to have experience with Prometheus and OpenTelemetry for metrics and tracing, along with exposure to Grafana Tempo, Faro, and Quantum Metrics. Additionally, you should have hands-on knowledge of ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana). Your responsibilities will include incident, alert, and service request handling using ServiceNow & Jira Service Management. You must also have strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) skills. The role demands experience in working in a 24x7 support environment with rotational shifts. Good communication and collaboration skills using tools like Slack are also necessary.
