Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Graduate Trainee to join our Supply Chain & Transportation team. The ideal candidate will assist in optimizing supply chain processes, supporting logistics operations, and ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating the movement of goods across the supply chain.
• Monitor daily logistics and transportation operations.
• Analyze data to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
• Support inventory planning, warehousing, and dispatch activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and transporters.
• Assist in route optimization and fleet management.
• Work on ERP systems for data entry and report generation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and training sessions.

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of supply chain and transportation processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP tools.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
