Graduate Trainee

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and motivated Graduate Designer to join our design team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate with a passion for design and innovation to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation of design assets for marketing, branding, and product development.
• Participate in brainstorming and concept development sessions.
• Support senior designers in translating briefs into creative solutions.
• Prepare presentations, mock-ups, and design iterations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, development, and product.
• Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and techniques.
• Take feedback constructively and apply revisions efficiently.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative thinking and technical skills.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or relevant tools.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a professional setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
