Join the Calix Commerce team as a Quality Assurance (QA) intern, to work with a team of highly skilled professionals engaged in building solutions to empower and transform Commercial Operations at Calix. We are looking for a detail-oriented QA intern to help ensure quality, usability and reliability of our Commerce Web Applications. Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in manual testing of web applications. Write and execute test cases based on requirements. Assist in creation of sample test data based on requirements. Report bugs and inconsistencies with clear documentation and reproduction steps. Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve defects. Participate in test planning and issue tracking discussions with local and global teams. Perform regression and smoke tests before production releases. Participate in daily stand-ups and weekly check-in calls with local and global teams. Qualifications: Good understanding of software development and testing life cycle. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Familiar with functional concepts and terms related to web applications. Ability to document and communicate issues clearly. Strong communication skills. Nice to have - familiarity with bug tracking tools like Jira, familiarity with API testing with tools like Postman/Insomnia. Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science / Information Technology or related streams . Should have graduated in 2024/ 2025.
