Graduate Engineering Trainee-Mechanical

Role Overview: We are seeking Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) with a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering to join our team in Noida immediately. As a GET, you will be responsible for providing MCAD support to internal teams and customers, conducting CAD training sessions, preparing training materials, troubleshooting customer queries, and coordinating with the technical team for product updates. Key Responsibilities: - Provide MCAD (Mechanical CAD) support to internal teams and customers. - Conduct CAD training sessions for customers, covering basics, advanced features, and application-based learning. - Assist in preparing training materials, user guides, and technical documentation. - Troubleshoot customer queries related to CAD tools and ensure timely resolution. - Coordinate with the technical team for product updates and customer feedback. Qualification Required: - B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Freshers eligible). - Basic knowledge of MCAD / Mechanical CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD, etc.). - Strong analytical and communication skills. - Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly. - Customer-oriented approach with good presentation skills.
