• Unskilled Workers: 8th to 10th pass
• Skilled Workers: ITI, Any Graduation, Diploma or B.Tech
• Experience: Fresher only
• Willingness to work in long-hour shifts (as per company requirement)

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform assigned tasks as per the supervisor’s instructions
• Follow company procedures and safety standards
• Maintain punctuality and discipline on the job
• Contribute to daily production or operational targets
