Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day procurement activities such as raising purchase requisitions, preparing purchase orders, and vendor follow-ups.
Support in identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new vendors for mechanical, electrical, and electronic components.
Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery, quality adherence, and cost efficiency.
Work with cross-functional teams (R&D, Production, Quality, and Stores) to understand material requirements.
Assist in negotiations related to price, payment terms, and delivery timelines under supervision.
Monitor stock levels and trigger replenishment to avoid shortages.
Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and contract documents.
Learn and comply with Revolt Motors procurement policies and ERP systems.

Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of ERP systems is an added advantage.
Quick learner with a proactive approach.
Interest in procurement, supply chain, and vendor management.

Eligibility

B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical / Production / Industrial Engineering or related streams).
Fresh graduates (01 year experience).
Strong academic record with a passion for the EV industry.
