Job Description

Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)

Role & Responsibilities :

Data & Reporting

Develop, maintain, and enhance
Power BI dashboards
, automated reports, and data visualizations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their reporting needs and translate them into meaningful insights.
Support data extraction, cleaning, and validation activities for accuracy and consistency.
Monitor KPI performance across functions and highlight trends, deviations, and improvement areas.

Operational Support

Assist functional teams (Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, etc.) in daily analysis and reporting.
Support timemotion studies, process mapping, and efficiency improvement initiatives.
Participate in data-driven root cause analysis and help prepare presentations for reviews.

Continuous Improvement & Learning

Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes.
Learn and apply basic problem-solving tools and methodologies (e.g., Pareto, Fishbone, 5 Why).
Participate in on-the-job learning, training modules, and cross-functional exposure programs.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:

B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Electronics, Computer Science, IT, or related fields (Freshers encouraged to apply).

Technical Skills:

Working knowledge of
Power BI
(dashboard creation, DAX basics, data modelling).
Good proficiency in
MS Excel
; knowledge of SQL is an added advantage.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes preferred (not mandatory).

Behavioural Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
High willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
