Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)-Quality

Job Overview:As a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) in Quality at Eriez, you will embark on an exciting journey to develop your expertise in quality assurance and control within our manufacturing environment. This entry-level position is designed for recent engineering graduates who are eager to learn about quality processes, inspection techniques, and continuous improvement methodologies. You will be provided with hands-on training and mentorship from experienced professionals as you contribute to ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems in compliance with international standards
• Conduct inspections, tests, and audits to ensure product quality throughout the manufacturing process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and resolve quality issues
• Support the development of quality control inspection plans and procedures
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and corrective action processes
• Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations pertaining to quality metrics
• Learn and utilize quality tools and techniques such as Six Sigma, 5S, and Kaizen
• Stay informed about industry standards and regulations related to quality management
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field)
• Recent graduates are most welcome
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and exposure to quality management software is a plus
