Graduate Engineer Trainee _Electrical

1. Design and Development:

- Assist in the design and development of electrical systems, equipment, and components.

- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software and other tools to create designs and simulations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet requirements and specifications.

1. Testing and Validation:

- Assist in the testing and validation of electrical systems, equipment, and components.

- Use various testing equipment and software to verify performance and functionality.

- Identify and troubleshoot issues, and recommend corrective actions.

1. Documentation and Reporting:

- Assist in the preparation of technical reports, documentation, and presentations.

- Maintain accurate records of designs, test results, and other relevant data.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure documentation meets company standards.

1. Learning and Development:

- Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

- Collaborate with experienced engineers to gain insight and guidance.

Requirements:

1. Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E.) or related field.

1. Skills:

- Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, theories, and concepts.

- Familiarity with CAD software, simulation tools, and testing equipment.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Certifications:

- None required, but certifications like GATE, GRE, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Desirable Qualifications:

- Familiarity with industry-specific software, such as SPICE, MATLAB, or LabVIEW.

- Experience with microcontrollers, embedded systems, or other electrical engineering projects.

- Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
