Graduate Engineer Grade Trainee (Bakery)

As a Lab Technician at the Kesurdi location in Pune, your role involves maintaining a clean and hygienic workstation in compliance with health and safety requirements. You will be responsible for executing appropriate lab procedures, maintaining a 5S system, and monitoring cleanliness and hygiene inside the Lab area. Additionally, you will conduct baking trials as per the requirements of QC, NPD, and Market, recording all operations and analyses of the trials. Your responsibilities will also include creating, executing, and developing recipes, as well as conducting quality checks on ingredients and finished items. Your advanced ability to multitask and follow instructions given by the reporting boss, along with good communication skills, will be essential for this role.
