1. Oversee and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for all
electrical systems, including motors (LV/MV), variable frequency drives (VFDs), switchgear
(HT/LT), transformers, MCCs (Motor Control Centers), PLCs, DCS, Generator, Air conditioners.
Trouble-shoot electrical faults and failures.
2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the reliability and availability of electrical assets.
3. Analyze equipment performance data, identify root causes of failures (RCFA), and propose
sustainable solutions.
4. Manage and optimize spare parts inventory for critical electrical components.
5. Ensure compliance with all electrical safety regulations, codes and company safety procedures
(e.g., LOTO, permit to work).
6. Study the energy data and suggest and implement energy saving proposals.
