Job Description

SME - Roles and Responsibility:

(Functional Expert / Business Analyst and expert for GPP : Global Play Plus)

Act as the focal point for any GPP related question or issue and liaise between customer and teams
Participate in different LLD (Low Level Design) / ILD (Interface Level Design) workshops Onsite and provide inputs on system design, interface designs, system integration etc.
Act as Configuration expert for the Customer and support System and Business configuration
Triage GPP testing issues using logs, trace files, Oracle queries etc.
Lead customer calls: understand customer requirements, discuss and explain requirement/issues/root causes/solution, provide status updates, and outline next steps
Support Bank's SIT/UAT/NFT test phases through query resolution, test scope review etc.
Triage Production issues and recommend workarounds. Support production upgrades.
Participate in walk-through of documentation (Technical Specifications, Functional Specifications, Use Cases)
