Government Tender Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Government Tender Sales Executive with strong knowledge of the HVAC and construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying government tender opportunities, preparing technical & commercial bids, coordinating with engineering teams, and ensuring timely submission of tenders for HVAC, mechanical, and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Search, track, and monitor government tenders through e-procurement portals (GEM, CPPP, state portals, PSUs).
• Review tender documents (BOQ, drawings, technical specs) related to HVAC systems, ducting, chillers, AHUs, VRF, mechanical works, and general construction.
• Prepare and submit technical & financial proposals as per tender requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, procurement, and project teams for accurate costing and documentation.
• Handle pre-bid meetings, site visits, technical clarifications, and negotiation discussions.
• Maintain vendor registrations, certifications, and eligibility documents.
• Follow up with government departments for tender status, contract award, and documentation.
• Maintain detailed tender tracking reports, win–loss analysis, and competitor insights.
• Support contract signing, compliance documents, and handover to project execution team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Business or related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in government tendering within HVAC, MEP, or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of HVAC products, systems, and technical specifications.
• Experience in reviewing drawings, BOQs, and construction-related tender documents.
• Excellent knowledge of government e-tendering portals.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in costing/estimations for HVAC or MEP works.
• Knowledge of tender compliance, contract terms, LD clauses, and statutory requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
• Familiarity with government procurement procedures and technical bidding.

Pay: ₹35,251.99 - ₹70,904.92 per month
