Google My Business Executive

As a GBP/GMB Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Business Profiles to enhance local search visibility, customer engagement, and online reputation for our clients. Your role will involve developing and implementing local SEO strategies, collaborating with internal teams, and enhancing performance through data analysis and innovative approaches. You will create, claim, verify, and optimize Google Business Profiles to boost local search visibility and engagement. It will be essential to maintain accurate business information on GBP listings, design engaging posts aligned with clients" brand identities, and monitor and respond to customer reviews for maintaining a positive online reputation. Analyzing GBP performance data and local SEO metrics to identify trends and improvement areas will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will also provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance analysis and collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive strategies and campaigns. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field and have 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Business Profiles and local SEO strategies. A solid understanding of local SEO principles, proficiency with Google Business Profile dashboard, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Preferred qualifications include Google My Business certification or similar local SEO certifications, experience working with clients in various industries, and familiarity with additional local SEO tools like BrightLocal, Moz, or SEMrush.
