• An immediate joiner 2+ years of experience running ads on YouTube, Google, Google Display Network, and other platforms
• A proactive strategist with a keen eye for innovative opportunities to enhance campaign performance
• A creative thinker with a detail-oriented and systematic approach to tasks
• Capable of managing budgets and ensuring adherence to targets and monthly plans
• A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
• Expert in Google Ads, SEM/PPC, keyword research, bid & budget management, Quality Score optimization, A/B testing, Google Analytics, landing page optimization, campaign performance tracking, and data-driven acquisition strategies.

What you'll do

• Oversee the day-to-day management of ad campaigns for designated clients
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports from Google Ad Manager to offer actionable insights and recommendations for our clients
• Roll out and optimize campaigns, covering research, copywriting, and trafficking
• Foster cross-departmental collaboration with account managers, creative teams, and content specialists
• Conduct in-depth market and keyword research, proposing effective Google Ad strategies for new clients
• Utilize data-driven approaches to develop marketing strategies aligned with the clients' business objectives
• Responsible for ensuring our clients' ads reach their full potential
• Collect and analyse data on consumer behavior, competitors, and market conditions
