Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Google Cloud Support Engineer located in Gurgaon. In this role, the Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting cloud-related issues, and ensuring smooth operations of cloud systems. Daily tasks include managing system administration activities, identifying and resolving network security vulnerabilities, and optimizing cloud infrastructure. The role also involves collaborating with teams to maintain high levels of service performance and security.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
• Proficiency in System Administration, including managing operating systems and cloud infrastructure
• Experience in Networking and Network Security to ensure infrastructure protection and efficient data communication
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
• Certifications such as GCP Professional Cloud Architect or GCP Associate Cloud Engineer are a plus
