Google Ads Specialist

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years

    managing Google Ads campaigns, with at least

    1 year

    focused on real estate or other lead-gen verticals (e.g. education, legal, auto).
  • Google Ads Search, Display, and Performance Max certifications via Google Skillshop.
  • Strong command of

    keyword research tools

    (Keyword Planner, SEMrush/Ahrefs) and campaign management tools like Google Ads Editor.
  • Proficiency in

    GA4, GTM, Looker Studio or Data Studio

    , plus Excel/Google Sheets for bid modeling and pivot analytics.
  • Solid

    copywriting acumen

    for ad headlines and CTAs, especially with real estate-specific messaging like bedroom count, ready-to-move, location tags.
  • Hands-on experience with

    A/B testing frameworks

    and landing page builders (e.g. Unbounce, WordPress, Instapage).
  • Basic understanding of

    HTML/CSS

    to assist developers and debug tracking tags.
  • Excellent

    communication

    able to translate performance data into business language for brokers or sales teams.
  • Analytical mindset

    and continuous learning attitude; stay updated on Google Ads best practices and real estate shifts (e.g. new PMax features, market pricing changes).


Role & responsibilities

  • Paid Media Strategy & Execution
  • Plan, execute and manage high-performing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta
  • (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn and google
  • Conduct detailed keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign structures for maximum ROI.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization
  • Monitor campaign metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS, and lead volumes.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms to derive actionable
  • insights.
  • Develop effective retargeting strategies to improve conversions.
  • Weekly & Monthly Reporting
  • Track and report all ad and social campaign metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager
  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and platform insights.
  • Maintain monthly dashboards with learnings, outcomes, and improvement plans.
  • Present reports to the marketing head and leadership team.
  • Social Media Management & Creative Coordination
