Graphic Designer Specialist

Job Title: Graphic Designer

• Design high-quality creatives for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and print materials
• Develop engaging property brochures, presentations, and event collateral
• Create graphics, banners, and layouts for promotional materials and advertisements
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaign visuals
• Ensure brand consistency across all design assets
• Edit and enhance images for property listings and marketing purposes
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques relevant to real estate marketing
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• 3 to 6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (real estate experience is a plus)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects preferred)
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles
• Creative thinking with attention to detail and the ability to adapt to brand guidelines
• Knowledge of UI/UX basics for web and mobile design is an added advantage
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple design projects simultaneously
