Our primary focus is on developing cutting-edge applications for the decentralized world, including smart contracts, decentralized applications (Dapp's), and various DeFi (Decentralized Finance) products. We are dedicated to building robust and secure blockchain solutions. As a Google Ads Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our marketing team. Your responsibilities will include planning, developing, implementing, and managing paid search campaigns across the Google Ads platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving successful campaigns, optimizing for key performance indicators (KPIs), and a strong understanding of digital marketing best practices. Analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are essential for this role. **Responsibilities:** **Campaign Management:** - Develop, implement, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve specific marketing goals. - Conduct keyword research, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for campaign performance improvement. - Write compelling ad copy and create engaging ad creatives. - Manage and optimize bids, budgets, and targeting parameters. - Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, implementing A/B testing. - Manage shopping feeds, including product data optimization and troubleshooting. - Implement and manage retargeting campaigns. - Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, updates, and industry best practices. **Analytics and Reporting:** - Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools. - Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. - Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. - Develop campaign performance summaries and present them effectively. **Collaboration and Communication:** - Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure campaign alignment and consistency. - Communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders. - Manage and maintain an optimal budget allocation across all campaigns. **Testing & Optimization:** - Conduct A/B testing of ad copy, landing pages, and targeting parameters. - Optimize landing pages to increase conversion rates. - Use data-driven recommendations to scale campaigns for positive ROAS. **Qualifications:** - 3-5 years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns. - Google Ads certifications are highly preferred. **Technical Skills:** - Proficiency in Google Ads platform including Search, Display, Shopping, and Video campaigns. - Experience with keyword research tools, bidding strategies, Google Analytics, and web analytics tools. - Knowledge of Google Merchant Center, product feeds optimization, and data feeds for advertising objectives. **Analytical Skills:** - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights. **Communication and Collaboration:** - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Present campaign performance and recommendations effectively to stakeholders. **Other Skills:** - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously. - Knowledge of SEO best practices, landing page optimization, and conversion tracking.,
