We are seeking a highly skilled Google Ads Expert to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Google Ads tools, a strategic mindset, and a passion for driving measurable results through paid search, display, shopping, and video campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Planning:
· Develop and implement effective Google Ads campaigns for various client or business objectives (e.g., lead generation, e-commerce, brand awareness).
· Conduct keyword research to identify high-potential keywords and phrases.
· Create campaign structures, ad groups, and ad copy that align with business goals.
· Develop and execute bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
Campaign Setup & Optimization:
· Set up Google Ads campaigns across search, display, video, shopping, and app networks.
· Create and test ad copy, targeting, bidding strategies, and extensions.
· Continuously monitor and optimize ad performance based on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.
· Perform A/B testing to improve ad performance and conversion rates.
Analytics & Reporting:
· Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Ads data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
· Provide regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
· Monitor and manage budgets to ensure efficient spending and cost-effective performance.
Account Management:
· Manage multiple Google Ads accounts with a focus on meeting clients’ or company’s objectives and deadlines.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Google Ads updates, trends, and best practices.
· Conduct regular client meetings (or internal meetings) to discuss campaign progress and adjustments.
Collaboration & Continuous Learning:
· Work closely with other marketing team members, such as content creators, designers, and SEO specialists, to align ads with broader marketing strategies.
· Stay current on Google Ads and PPC trends, features, and best practices.
· Participate in Google Ads forums, webinars, and industry events to enhance skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Shopping, and Video ads.
· Expertise in Google Ads tools, including Google Ads Editor, Keyword Planner, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
· Strong understanding of paid search advertising principles, including targeting, bidding, budgeting, and conversion tracking.
· Knowledge of A/B testing, ad copywriting, and landing page optimization.
· Ability to analyze data, provide actionable insights, and optimize campaigns for better performance.
· Strong communication skills to interact with clients or internal stakeholders and present findings clearly.
· Google Ads certification is preferred (or the ability to obtain it).
· Basic knowledge of SEO and how it integrates with paid search strategies is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
· 5+ years of experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.
· Familiarity with other advertising platforms (e.g., Bing Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus.
· Experience with ecommerce or lead generation campaigns.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
