Job Description

1. Strategic Leadership :
- Develop, implement, and monitor strategic programs aligned with company vision and long - term goals. - Partner with leadership to identify growth opportunities, competitive advantages, and market trends. - Translate business objectives into actionable program roadmaps with clear KPIs. - Align cross - functional teams (product, operations, finance, sales) to ensure strategic priorities are met.2. New Business Initiatives : - Identify, evaluate, and execute new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams. - Conduct feasibility studies, business case development, and ROI analysis for new initiatives. - Drive pilot programs, proof - of - concepts, and go - to - market strategies. - Build and maintain strategic alliances with external stakeholders, partners, and vendors. - Support leadership in negotiations and deal structuring for new ventures.3. Program Management & Execution: - Define program objectives, scope, timelines, and success metrics. - Establish governance structures for oversight, risk management, and accountability. - Ensure seamless execution of initiatives through effective resource allocation and prioritization. - Monitor progress, resolve bottlenecks, and manage risks proactively. - Prepare regular reports and presentations for executive stakeholders.4. Cross - Functional Collaboration: - Act as a bridge between strategy, product, marketing, and operations teams. - Facilitate communication and alignment among multiple stakeholders. - Drive organizational change management for adoption of new initiatives. - Ensure feedback loops are established to refine strategy and execution.5. Performance & Impact Measurement: - Set success metrics and track performance against program goals. - Conduct post - implementation reviews to assess business impact. - Use insights and learnings to optimize future programs and strategies. - Present data - driven recommendations to leadership for scaling or pivoting initiatives.6. Leadership & Influence: - Mentor and coach team members working on strategic programs. - Influence senior stakeholders through strong communication and storytelling. - Promote a culture of innovation, agility, and accountability. - Serve as a thought partner to executives on long - term strategy and business transformation.
