We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our NBFC Branch Sales Team in the Gold Loan division. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to grow in the financial services sector. Responsibilities Achieve monthly Gold Loan sales targets as assigned Identify potential customers and promote gold loan products Manage branch walk-ins and convert them into sales Conduct KYC, loan processing, and documentation Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relations Cross-sell other financial products (insurance, money transfer, etc.) Qualifications Graduate or Diploma (3-year rexperience with NBFC ) Minimum 1 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in Gold Loan/NBFC/BFSI sector Must have worked at least 3 years in an NBFC (for diploma holders) Minimum qualification: Graduate or Diploma (3-year full-time) Strong communication skills in local language + basic English Target-driven and customer-focused Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, loan software preferred) Salary & Benefits Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives Skills: sales target achievement,strong communication skills,sales,kyc and documentation,gold loan sales,cross-selling financial products,nbfc,gold,basic computer knowledge (ms excel, loan software),customer relationship management Show more Show less
